In my opinion, I’m not a victim. I chose to remain in those relationships and environments.

This actually sounds like a very toxic, gaslighting, therapeuticised way of foisting the blame onto the victim?

If somebody wakes up and perceives the injustices wrought upon them, there may be a danger of them re-thinking most of the essential assumptions that keeps this toxic societal road on the show?

You may want to re-think on sucking up the self-blame engrams that have been insidiously emplaced into you, by challenging the purported ‘normalcy’ of the dog-eat-dog world that these deranged sociopaths impose as some kind of “norm”?
